Terms of use

Last updated: 8 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of the Amnezi website and web app, provided by Amnezi Teknoloji Limited Şirketi (contact: erencivril@amnezi.dev). By using Amnezi you agree to them.

Early-access software, provided "as is"

Amnezi is early-access software. It is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability. Features may change or be removed.

Outputs are drafts

Reproduction steps, confidence ratings, open questions and test code are generated by an AI model and are drafts only. They can be incomplete or wrong. You must review them, and run and verify any generated test, before relying on it.

Your API key and costs

Amnezi works with your own Anthropic API key. You are responsible for keeping that key secure and for all usage and costs charged to your Anthropic account. Your use of the Anthropic API is also subject to Anthropic's own terms.

Your data

You are responsible for what you upload or paste. Do not use material you are not allowed to share with a third-party AI provider, such as confidential customer data or content covered by an agreement that forbids it. See the privacy notice for how data is handled.

Open-source licence

The Amnezi source code is released under the MIT licence and is available on GitHub. The licence file in the repository governs your use of the code.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amnezi and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the service or from reliance on its outputs. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product develops. The date above shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
